He did market analysis before we listed, and explained everything very well. He set everything up so we knew exactly when the house was being shown. When it was under contract pending inspections by the buyer, he helped get people out for second opinions when the inspector said it needed a new roof and furnace. I couldn't have ever gotten 2nd opinions that quickly. He then helped us negotiate with the buyer, and helped us reach an agreement that worked for both of us. Excellent realtor! We had moved out of state before our house sold so Mike did a lot things for us. He let us know when a package had been left at the house and forwarded it onto us. We had a window crack at the last minute before closing and he took it to the glass company and got it fixed. He was in touch with us all the time and always returned our phone calls and texts in a timely manner. We couldn't have done this without Mike and his attention to detail.

He has always been professional and honest with his business dealings with us. We placed mother's house on the market early fall of 2017. Mike had many showings and kept us up to date on the progress.

A friend of mine recommended Mike Temple as a reliable guy, with buiding knowledge and he could be trusted. The one week-end we looked at houses, he was very professional and prompt and if I had any questions he didn't know the answer to, he inquired and promptly obtained the answers. i.e. Asking about condo fees or association fees. He would point out things that looked like they would need to be fixed or replaced. It was 4:30 on a Friday night when the house that I wanted came back on the market. Mike was very responsive, and stuck with me on completing the paperwork to get my bid into the owners after several drafts. When it came to the closing Mike was very helpful in reminding me of the neccessary paperwork needed. It was a pleasure working with Mike and I would recommend him to anyone.
